TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Enrolment to the Ilian photography online classes is regarded as an acceptance of these terms and conditions. Please make sure that you read over the terms and conditions for the classes and contact us if you have any queries regarding these terms. By completing the application form and ticking the relevant box on this website, you agree to accept all of the terms and conditions.
2. Ilian photography reserves the right to make any necessary changes to the classes.
3. Once you have paid for the course, you will be sent an email confirming your payment, as well as all of the details of your course. An email is normally sent out automatically at the time of registration. If you have not received this within 24 hours, please contact workshop@ilian.co.uk
4. The only way to terminate your enrolment with no penalty fee is if you cancel at any time within 14 days before the day of your first class. If you cancel within this time period, you will receive a full refund of the fees that you have paid for the course.
5. You are able to cancel your enrolment with a 20% cancelation fee no later than 24 hours after the ending time of your first lesson.
6. The enrolment fee that you have paid non-refundable 24 hours after your first lesson.
7. To cancel your enrolment, please inform: workshop@ilian.co.uk
8. Your enrolment is not cancelled until you receive an acknowledgement email from Ilian Photography and a notification of a refund. You are responsible for ensuring that your email has been delivered successfully and that your enrolment has been cancelled. If you do not hear back from Ilian Photography within 24 hours, check that your email has been sent and get back in touch. Ilian photography is not responsible for email technical issues meaning your cancellation email was not sent.
9. Parents can enrol participants under 18 years of age. Please contact workshop@ilian.co.uk
10. All of the classes offered by Ilian Photography are non-transferrable.
11. All of the classes are designed to help improve your food photography. Please note, Ilian Photography cannot guarantee that everyone will complete this course with personal satisfaction, because each student is different. In order to be rewarded with a certificate, you must meet the required criteria for all of the tests and assignments.
12. All students must undertake all lessons. Class content may be restricted and Ilian Photography is not obliged to adapt the course content in any way or deviate from this format.
13. What is included in your class? A confirmation email is sent to you on registration. This is an online course, and all materials are only available online to be viewed on a PC or Mac device via zoom.us platform. The live view or any original content is the copyright of Ilian Iliev, and any resource material, which is downloaded, is done so at the own risk of the class participant.
14. Ilian Photography is under no obligation to provide printed materials or copies of any class materials to any of the participants or another person. Ilian Photography does not provide any image editing software for the completion of these courses.
15. Copyright : you agree not to create video record, copy, screenshot, reproduce, republish, transmit, perform, modify, distribute, display, translate, share or resell the content of Ilian Photography class in whole or in part in any way. The class Ilian Iliev provides and the content therein contains his knowledge and skill, and in order to protect that knowledge, doing so, or showing intent to do so will result in an immediate ban and may result in legal action.
16. Ilian Photography may use student work, images for promotional purposes from time to time. If you do not wish for your work to be used in this way, please opt out by emailing Ilian Photography on workshop@ilian.co.uk before the beginning of the first lesson. For the avoidance of any doubt, any copyright to student work remains with the student.
17. When you enrol on one of Ilian Photography classes, you agree to be part of the mailing list. If you do not wish to be part of the mailing list, please email workshop@ilian.co.uk or unsubscribe when you receive an email.
Important! During the class important updates or information in order to complete the class is often exchanged via email method, if you unsubscribe you can miss it.
19. The originality of any images you supply during the class must be your own work, and you must own the copyright for these images. Ilian Photography is not responsible for claims made by third parties. You must supply images with full shot data and be aware that in supplying them, you are stating that you own all the copyright to these images.
20. For some of the classes you need to have basic computing skills and your browser must be an up to date version. By undertaking this class, you understand that you need basic computer skills.
21. Ilian Photography does not offer technical, IT or software support. Ilian Photography cannot offer advice on software or PC/ Mac problems. Any technical issues with third party software should be raised with the software manufacturer.
